About the Role:

As a Corporate M&A/Commercial Lawyer with 1-3 years PAE, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal counsel to top-tier corporate/commercial clients.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating intricate contracts and agreements.
• Overseeing complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
