What the Role Involves

• Manage a range of family law matters including parenting, property, divorce, and binding agreements
• Appear in the Family Court and collaborate with barristers on strategy and advocacy

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 4+ years PAE exclusively in Family Law
• Strong experience in complex parenting/property disputes
• Proven ability to manage matters autonomously and collaboratively
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and legal acumen
