Junior Commercial Lawyer needed by boutique Melbourne Firm to assist with disputes and litigation | Office based
About:
Our client is an established boutique commercial law firm in Melbourne looking for a Junior Lawyer that is driven to provide the highest standard of service for clients under their care. This Commercial Law role primarily involves Litigious work, but will also include some transactional work as well. Please note that this role is a full-time office position.
Conditions for Success:
- Admission to practice law in Victoria with 2-3 Years PQE in Commercial Law
- Attention to detail - quick learner with adept analysis and approach to cases.
- Confidence in working autonomously, running cases with minimal supervision
- Happy to work in office full time

Your Responsibilities: - Minimum 5.5 billable hours per day
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases
- Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome, including small to medium businesses.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
- Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
