About the role!

This is a full-time Commercial Litigation Lawyer role for a 3 PAE lawyer. You’ll work on litigation and dispute resolution matters, help drive commercial outcomes through negotiation, mediation or litigation where required, and contribute to business development while building strong client rapport.

• Manage and assist on commercial litigation files
• Work across dispute resolution, ADR and court-based matters
• Support insolvency and bankruptcy-related work as part of a varied practice
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate with confidence
• Play a part in business development and team growth

You’ll bring the right mix of technical skill, commercial instinct and energy. This role is best suited to a 3 PAE litigation lawyer who wants to keep learning, take ownership with support and grow inside a respected Gold Coast platform. Salary remains $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience.

• 3 years’ PAE in litigation and dispute resolution (private practice experience is needed)
• Good technical legal ability
• Strong commercial instincts
