About the Position: Our client is seeking a Junior Construction & Commercial Lawyer (2–4 years PAE) to join their Brisbane team. You will be immersed in a mix of construction disputes, contractual claims, and commercial litigation, often involving high-value matters with national significance. Working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates, you’ll play a key role in advising contractors, developers, and corporate clients on strategic legal matters.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven junior lawyer who is keen to establish themselves in the construction and commercial litigation space. You’ll enjoy direct client exposure, courtroom experience, and mentoring in a team that values performance and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years PAE in commercial litigation or construction law
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• A genuine interest in construction and commercial litigation
• Ability to manage files with supervision and meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team
