About the Position:

As a Solicitor within the Property & Construction Disputes and Litigation practice, you will run payment-claim defences, defective-work actions, contract breaches and licensing issues. You’ll draft adjudication responses, brief experts, steer mediations and appear in VCAT and the Supreme Court—while shaping BD initiatives alongside the Principal.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ Years' post admission experience in construction law, ideally with strong commercial litigation exposure
• SOPA familiarity and strong advocacy skills
• Proactive, resilient professional aligned with Integrity, Excellence & Proactivity
