Join our client’s ranked Employment & IR practice to lead strategic enterprise-bargaining, IR disputes and complex workplace investigations, fast-tracking your senior-level legal career.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join a specialist Employment & IR team, advising on all aspects of workplace law for corporate, governmental and union clients.
- Draft and negotiate enterprise agreements, awards and employment contracts
- Conduct workplace investigations, disciplinary and performance-management matters
- Represent clients in Fair Work Commission and Federal Court proceedings
- Advise on industrial instrument interpretation and wage remediation processes
What You’ll Bring: - 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law, industrial relations or commercial litigation
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage varied workloads under tight deadlines
- Commercial, client-focused mindset and collaborative attitude
