About the Law Firm

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join a nationally collaborative Front-End Projects team advising on major construction and infrastructure mandates.

• Draft and negotiate construction and procurement documentation for major projects
• Advise on project financing, risk allocation and compliance matters
• Coordinate closings, manage stakeholder engagement and lead project workstreams
• Collaborate with corporate, real estate and finance teams on cross-practice matters

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ PQE in construction, infrastructure or projects law
• Strong drafting, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex files under tight deadlines
• Commercial, client-focused mindset and collaborative approach
