Position Overview

Take your corporate law career to the next level within a high-performing Restructuring & Insolvency team advising top-tier financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

Our client is a respected corporate firm with deep roots in financial services and restructuring law. With strong ties to leading banks, administrators and turnaround professionals, they’re known for navigating high-stakes insolvency appointments and strategic restructures. What You’ll Be Doing

Work directly with a Legal 500-recognised partner on major restructuring and insolvency mandates for institutional lenders and insolvency firms.
  • Advise on distressed workouts, voluntary administrations and liquidations
  • Draft and negotiate enforcement strategies for secured lenders
  • Collaborate on cross-border insolvency and corporate restructuring matters
  • Support business development and contribute to internal know-how

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate or restructuring & insolvency law
  • Solid understanding of formal appointments and securities enforcement
  • Experience advising financial institutions or external controllers
  • Team-first approach and confident written/oral communication skills
