About the Role:

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you’ll play a crucial role in the firm’s success, handling high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. You will:

• Provide strategic legal advice to top-tier corporate clients
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
• Manage significant business transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers, contributing to their professional development
• Engage in business development activities, helping to expand the firm’s client base

Key Requirements:

• 7-10 years PAE in corporate law, preferably from a reputable firm
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring
• Unrestricted practicing certificate in QLD
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes corporate transactions
• A commitment to excellence and a drive for career progression
