Employment Lawyer position is available with our exclusive client in Melbourne CBD. It is a full service law firm that is well established and employs over 40 staff situated in a highly desirable Melbourne CBD offices. 
  
About the position:

• Join a team of 8 employment lawyers led by a specialist employment law partner and have the support of paralegals and client services staff 
• It is a varied employment practice that offers you the opportunity to represent both leading businesses, government departments and also on the employee side 
• Litigious work, advisory work and workplace investigations are all key aspects of the position

Requirements:

•  5 years + PAE in Employment Law 
• Experience in litigation law is desirable
• Actively build rapport with clients through the understanding and identification of client needs, providing options and expert advice
