Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is looking for an experienced Employment/Industrial Relations Lawyer to join their South Brisbane office. The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services across multiple areas of law and is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

About the position: In this role, you will focus on employment and industrial relations matters, with a strong emphasis on litigation. You’ll be working with a team of dedicated professionals and representing a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations. This position offers the opportunity to handle complex disputes, including unfair dismissal claims, workplace discrimination, and industrial action cases.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years post-admission experience in employment/industrial relations law (In private practice)
• Proven litigation experience is essential
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a high caseload effectively
