What You’ll Be Doing

Join a close-knit team and take on leadership of files across both the public and private sectors:

• Advise on rezoning, overlays, heritage, biodiversity and contamination
• Draft and negotiate infrastructure contributions and planning agreements
• Lead VCAT and Planning Panels matters with minimal supervision
• Mentor juniors and contribute to firm strategy and growth

What You’ll Bring

• Admission to practice law in VIC with 5+ years' planning and environment law experience gained in private practice
• Expertise in strategic planning advice, advocacy and agreement drafting
• Confident, commercial thinker who thrives in a collaborative boutique setting
