The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Lawyer ([Insert ideal PQE e.g. 4+ years PAE]) to join our growing disputes team in Sydney.Reporting to a senior Partner in a close-knit, high-performing team, you will take ownership of matters and contribute to exciting, varied caseloads.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial litigation files from commencement through to resolution
• Court and tribunal appearances (superior courts where applicable)
• Drafting sophisticated pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and legal advice
• Client liaison, strategy development, and negotiation
• Collaborating on complex, high-stakes disputes with real impact

You will receive strong mentorship, exposure to diverse matters, and the autonomy to deliver quality work in a low-pressure, outcome-focused setting.

About You

• Admitted in NSW with [Insert PQE e.g. 4+] years PAE in litigation/dispute resolution
• Solid experience in commercial litigation or related disputes
• Strong advocacy skills, with confidence in appearances and client interactions
• Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and commercial acumen
• Team-oriented with a proactive, client-focused approach
