Senior Family Lawyer | Family Law | Gold Coast Area

About the role!

You’ll lead a dedicated family law team and manage a strong mix of parenting, property settlement, divorce and domestic violence matters. This role suits an experienced Associate or Senior Associate ready for more ownership, or an existing Partner seeking a fresh challenge.
  • Take a senior role in the Family Law Division
  • Manage complex and sensitive family law matters
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Drive client relationships and business development
  • Contribute to strategic growth and team direction
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes with empathy, judgement and confidence
What you'll bring!
  • 5+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice experience is needed)
  • Strong experience in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce and DV matters
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior staff
  • Accreditation is highly desirable
  • Confidence with business development and client relationship management
  • A collaborative, driven and client-centred mindset
