Our client is a highly regarded boutique family law firm on the Gold Coast. They want a Family Lawyer at Senior Associate level, with 3 to 5 years' PAE, to take on complex family matters in a supportive, collaborative team.

About the role!

• Manage your own complex family law caseload, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements and divorce
• Give strategic advice and build practical solutions with the team
• Contribute to practice growth and the firm's strategic goals
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders

What you'll bring!

- 3 to 5+ years' PAE in family law, with a track record on complex matters
- Admitted as a solicitor in Australia, with a current practising certificate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen and the ability to contribute to practice growth
- Ability to meet billable targets (5 to 6.5)
- A genuine passion for family law and excellent client outcomes
