Special Counsel – Family Law | Brisbane CBD – Doyle’s Guide Winner!

Salary: $170,000 to $240,000 DOE

Special Counsel role:

The role is a Special Counsel level position in family law. You will have a Junior Lawyer to mentor in the Brisbane Office and an Amazing Senior Paralegal with tons of experience to assist you. If further assistance is required, this can be negotiated. Your billable targets will be between 5.5 and 6.5 hours per day.

Practice areas are as follows:
Property Settlements, Parenting Orders, De Facto Relationships, Same Sex Relationships, Divorce And Separation, Mediation, Domestic Violence, Family and Divorce.

What must I have?

• Must have 5 Years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice (other law firms)
• Accredited Specialist highly-desirable
• Ability to achieve billable targets (5.5-6.5hrs) and manage a team of a Junior and a Senior Paralegal
• Good Attitude and Commitment to getting the job done
• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
