About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their thriving commercial litigation and insolvency team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases, directly alongside the Managing Partner and a team of accomplished senior practitioners. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior team members, including graduates, paralegals, and law students.

This full-time, permanent position offers flexible working arrangements and a steady flow of interesting and high-quality work. You'll be entrusted with significant responsibility, including managing complex litigation and insolvency matters, maintaining and developing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and insolvency. You should be capable of handling complex matters independently and possess strong leadership skills to mentor and manage junior practitioners effectively. Key attributes include:

• Autonomy in managing diverse and intricate litigation cases.
• Proven experience in team management and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues.
