About the Role:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Accredited Family Law Specialist to become an integral part of their expert team. In this role, you will manage a broad spectrum of family law cases, including:
  • Divorce and separation proceedings
  • Child custody and parenting arrangements
  • Property settlements and financial disputes
  • Spousal maintenance
  • Domestic violence cases
  • Financial agreements
  • Mediation and dispute resolution
You will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to the firm's continuous growth and success.

Key Requirements:
  • Accreditation as a Family Law Specialist
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in family law
  • Proven track record in managing complex and high-profile cases
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Dedication to client service and achieving the best outcomes
