Family Lawyer | 3-4 PAE | Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast

Location: Gold Coast, QLD or Sunshine Coast Office

Salary: $100,000 to $150,000+ DOE (Open to Negotiate) – This all depends on years of PAE, & Billable targets.

Our client is a reputable family law firm with 14+ Years in the field. They are Doyle’s Guide recognised and are very proactive in local community initiatives. Their Principal is has an abundance of experience in Family Law and always seeks to promote their team members. They have two offices one on the Sunshine Coast and the other on the Gold Coast. Our client is seeking a 3+ Year PAE Family Lawyer to join their team.

The Role – Family Lawyer:

The role is for a Family Lawyer who has 3+ years’ experience in Family Law and who can work autonomously and within a team environment. This role requires the successful candidate to achieve billable targets of 4.5-6 hrs per day. An Accredited Specialist is highly desirable for this role, with many progression opportunities.

What will I be doing?

• Engage in a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence cases.
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate and strategic advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Represent clients in court, showcasing your litigation skills and ensuring their best interests are protected.
• Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, including the Principal, who is an expert in family law.
• Take advantage of continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
• Utilise cutting-edge legal technology and resources to provide efficient and effective solutions for clients.

What must I have?

• Must have 3+ Years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice (other law firms)
• Accredited Specialist desirable
• Ability to achieve billable targets (4.5-6hrs)
• Hunger to succeed in family law and to help people
• Good attitude and willingness to work hard
