Principal Activities and Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for all Commercial Litigation matters, ensuring comprehensive and expert handling of cases.
Draft, review, and provide advice on various commercial agreements and compliance issues, including franchise agreements, commercial leases, and retail leases.
Prepare and assess litigation documentation, with prior experience in this area being highly advantageous.
Offer specialized advice on commercial litigation, addressing client needs and complexities.

Experience
8+ years of relevant post-admission experience in private practice.
Capabilities (Knowledge and Skills)
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial litigation.
The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively with clients.
Superior technical legal, analytical, research, communication, and drafting skills.
Personable, sense of humour and can do attitude.
