Location: Prime Brisbane CBD Location
Salary: $150,000 to $190,000 DOE (Highly Negotiable)

Our client is looking for an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of PAE to lead and inspire their dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of family law cases, mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, and meet billable targets of 4.5-7 hours per day. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Diverse Case Portfolio: Manage a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence cases.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing empathetic and strategic legal advice tailored to their unique situations.
  • Court Representation: Represent clients in court with confidence and expertise, ensuring their rights and interests are safeguarded.
  • Collaborative Team: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, including a highly experienced Principal, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law, ideally from private practice
  • Proven ability to meet billable targets and manage a team
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing team members
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for family law
