About the Position: Our client is offering a unique opening for a Junior Family Lawyer (1–3 years PAE) who is passionate about family law and ready to deepen their expertise. This role offers the chance to work directly on matters such as parenting arrangements, financial settlements, divorce proceedings, and binding financial agreements. You’ll be mentored by senior professionals who will actively guide your legal development, case strategy, and courtroom advocacy. With a manageable billable target of 4.5–5 hours per day, you’ll have the freedom to focus on learning, contributing, and growing.

This role is perfect for someone seeking a long-term career with leadership potential — including a defined pathway to Directorship and future profit-sharing.

Key Requirements:
  • Admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland
  • 1–3 years post-admission experience in family law
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Capable of managing files with independence and care
  • Eagerness to grow in a collaborative and supportive legal environment
