Known for their supportive workplace culture and focus on professional growth, they are expanding their Brisbane team and seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to take on a key role within the practice.

About the Position:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Family Lawyer (5+ PAE) looking to grow their career within a structured and well-supported environment. You’ll manage a stimulating mix of family law matters with an emphasis on complex property settlements, parenting disputes, and high-net-worth separations.

Matters may include:

• Property and financial settlements including complex asset structures
• Parenting arrangements, relocation cases, and child support issues
• Divorce and de facto separations
• Spousal maintenance and binding financial agreements

You’ll receive close mentorship from senior leaders while being encouraged to build your own leadership capacity. The firm offers a consistent inflow of quality work and the autonomy to run your files end-to-end, supported by a collaborative legal and admin team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of post-admission experience in family law
• Confident in handling files independently across all stages
• Strong communication skills and client rapport-building ability
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to develop leadership skills
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team cohesion
