Their lawyers are trusted to handle everything from straightforward property divisions to highly complex disputes. Duties
You’ll manage a portfolio of family law files, balancing negotiation, settlement and litigation as required.
- Drafting affidavits, agreements and financial orders
- Advising on parenting and property matters
- Representing clients at mediations and hearings
- Contributing to strategy on complex cases
Key requirements - 3+ years PQE in family law
- Strong drafting and negotiation ability
- Confident in advising clients directly
- Ability to manage busy caseload with accuracy
