What you’ll be doing

This Senior Associate role goes beyond routine files — you’ll manage sophisticated and high stakes matters, work closely with leading specialists in the practice, and have meaningful client responsibility.
  • Lead nuanced parenting and children’s matters with strategic planning
  • Manage high value property settlement and financial agreement issues
  • Draft complex affidavits, submissions and negotiation briefs
  • Appear in court and drive outcomes for clients with clarity and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with accredited specialists on precedent-setting matters
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers on technical issues
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years PQE in family law, including complex parenting and property work
  • Confidence managing your own files and presenting in court
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy and client communication skills
  • Passion for strategic problem solving and outcomes-oriented advice
