Your Responsibilities:
Minimum 6 billable hours per day
Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
Conduct Litigation where necessary, relating to breaches of contracts, claims of unfair dismissals, general protections, bullying & harassment and human rights claims, to name a few.
Manage files independently and approach your cases holistically, integrating broader perspectives and client-related factors
Manage and prioritise your cases and files effectively
Conditions for Success:
Minimum 5+ Years PQE in Employment Law / Workplace Relations
Understanding and fluently applying The Fair Work Act (2009)
Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
Able to work collaboratively and support your team as they support you.
Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail, with expert analysis and approach to cases.
Adept commercial acumen, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors
