Your Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 6 billable hours per day
  • Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
  • Conduct Litigation where necessary, relating to breaches of contracts, claims of unfair dismissals, general protections, bullying & harassment and human rights claims, to name a few.
  • Manage files independently and approach your cases holistically, integrating broader perspectives and client-related factors
  • Manage and prioritise your cases and files effectively
Conditions for Success:
  • Minimum 5+ Years PQE in Employment Law / Workplace Relations
  • Understanding and fluently applying The Fair Work Act (2009)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
  • Able to work collaboratively and support your team as they support you.
  • Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, with expert analysis and approach to cases.
  • Adept commercial acumen, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors
