A leading national law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer (2-6 years’ PQE) to join its growing Sydney Corporate Finance team. This is a dynamic opportunity offering exposure to a variety of corporate, property, and finance matters, including asset finance, receivables financing, fund work, and PPSA advisory.

You will work on complex and varied matters, building strong client relationships while enjoying a supportive, collaborative team environment.

About the Role
In this role, you will:

• Manage corporate, property, and asset finance matters
• Work across receivables financing, fund work, and PPSA advisory
• Provide practical legal advice to a broad client base
• Solve challenging legal issues independently and collaboratively
• Build trusted client relationships and develop professional expertise

What You Bring

• 2-6 years’ PQE in banking & finance, commercial, or property law at a reputable firm
• Strong client service focus, resilience, and independent work ethic
