Job Description
Conditions for Success:
6+ Years PQE in Personal Injury - TAC, Work-Cover, Motor Vehicle Injury, Public Liability
Able to work collaboratively and support each other.
Empathy and Confidence - Understand that clients you’ll interact with will have often experienced trauma. As such, your approach must be intuitive, reassuring and confident.
Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail - expert analysis and approach to cases.
Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
Plaintiff-based work only
Take on a broad range of PI work in most areas
