About the Position:

Our client is seeking an Commercial Litigation/Family/Criminal Lawyer with 2–3 years PAE to take on a varied and stimulating caseload. This role includes representing private clients across Commercial Litigation, Criminal, and Family Law matters. You will:

• Handle civil disputes, contract breaches, or debt recovery in Commercial Litigation
• Represent clients in summary and indictable Criminal Law cases, including bail applications and court hearings
• Advise and represent clients in Family Law matters, including divorce, parenting disputes, and property settlements

This position offers extensive client interaction, opportunities to appear in court, and collaboration with top-tier barristers. It’s an ideal opportunity for a lawyer looking to diversify their experience and enhance their career.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years PAE with experience in Commercial Litigation, Criminal, or Family Law (PRIVATE PRACTICE)
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain a client-focused approach
• Ability to achieve billable targets of 4.5-6 hours per day
• Motivated to progress career and lead a team
