About the Position:
As Senior Lawyer, you will take ownership of your own matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with partners to drive strategic growth. You’ll enjoy direct client contact on a spectrum of general practice work from commercial transactions to employment disputes.
Key Requirements: - Fully qualified with right to practice law in Victoria
- 5+ years PQE in a general or commercial practice
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy abilities
- Client-focused with strong business development acumen
