About the Position:
Oversee estate administrations—from initial instructions to final distributions—while advising trustees on discretionary decisions, variations and beneficiary rights. You will appear at VCAT Guardianship List matters, instruct counsel at mediations and shape business-development initiatives to deepen referral pipelines.
Key Requirements: - 3–5 years PAE in Wills & Estates, with extensive trust administration experience
- Strong drafting skills and calm, client-focused demeanour
- Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for networking within the professional community
