About the Position:
Step into a role where no two days are the same. You'll advise on visa strategies, represent clients before the Department and Tribunals, and handle a variety of employer-sponsored and individual migration files.
As part of a close-knit and forward-thinking team, you'll be involved in strategic planning, decision-making, and mentoring junior staff. Whether you're troubleshooting complex refusal cases or advising corporates on sponsorship compliance, your work will make a real impact.

Key Requirements: - Admitted to practice law in Australia
- 2–4 years of post-admission experience in immigration law
- Confident managing employer-sponsored matters (482, 186, etc.)
- Ability to convert consultations into ongoing client relationships
- Strong research skills and up-to-date knowledge of immigration trends
- Advantage: Experience with LEAP Migration Manager
