About the Role:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven Family Lawyer with 3-6+ years PAE (in Private Practice Firms) to elevate their career. You will work directly with some of the most respected family law practitioners in Queensland, managing an exciting variety of cases, from intricate financial disputes to sensitive parenting matters.

Your role will involve working on cases involving trusts, SMSFs, and business interests, gaining hands-on experience in complex family law files. With a fast-tracked career development plan, you'll progress into senior roles, with the opportunity to take on more leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, and child support
• Work on complex cases involving businesses, trusts, and significant financial assets
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and benefit from their mentorship
• Lead client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring excellent outcomes
• Play an active role in driving the growth of the firm’s family law practice

Key Requirements:

• 3-6+ years PAE in Family Law
• Proven experience in handling financial and parenting disputes, as well as business and trust matters
• Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented approach with a passion for career advancement
