About the role:

You'll take carriage of a caseload of wills and estates matters for a high-value, sophisticated client base, with scope to broaden into commercial law work over time.

• Managing wills, estate planning and probate matters from instruction through to completion
• Advising high-net-worth clients on succession and asset protection strategies
• Opportunity to take on commercial law matters alongside your core caseload
• Working closely with a small, experienced team

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years PAE in wills and estates, with genuine file-running experience
• Current unrestricted NSW practicing certificate
• Interest in broadening into commercial law work
• Strong client relationship skills, suited to a high-end client base
• Comfortable working within a small, boutique team

The firm is looking for an experienced Property Lawyer with strong conveyancing experience to join on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a pure fee-earning role — no management responsibilities and no requirement to bring or build a practice.

About the role

You'll run your own conveyancing and property files end to end, for an established client base, with strong support around you.

• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from contract to settlement
• Property due diligence, leasing and off-the-plan transactions
• Liaising directly with clients, agents and other parties' solicitors
• Exposure to hospitality and liquor licensing property matters
• Working autonomously, with no management or supervisory duties required

What you'll bring

• 5+ years PAE with strong, hands-on conveyancing experience
• Current NSW practising certificate
• Confidence running a property file independently
• No existing management experience or a portable practice required
• Strong client communication and attention to detail
