Our client is a well-established, medium-sized law firm with offices across the Canberra region, known for prioritising quality over quantity and a genuine focus on firm culture and values. They are seeking an Associate to join their Wills and Estates team, based in Queanbeyan and Canberra, including exposure to Wills and Estates litigation.

Salary Range and features of the role:

• $90,000-$120,000 salary package, reflecting genuine experience and the litigation exposure on offer

About the role:

You'll join a high-performing Wills and Estates team focusing on:

• Managing wills, estate planning and probate matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling Wills and Estates litigation matters as part of a broader caseload
• Working closely with a Managing Partner, Special Counsel and wider team
• Covering an increased workload including a forthcoming parental leave period
  
Requirements:

• 2-4 years PAE in Wills and Estates, ideally with some litigation exposure
• Current unrestricted practising certificate (NSW and/or ACT)
• Genuine interest in a traditional, quality-focused firm environmen
• Ability to work from Queanbeyan and Canberra - Monday to Friday
