Associate – Employment Law | $100,000 to $150,000 DOE | Brisbane CBD
Salary: Salary package is fully based off years of Employment Law PAE, Billables and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $100,000 to $150,000 for the right candidate.
Location: Brisbane CBD
Ideally for: Associate Employment Lawyers, Employment Lawyers & Senior Employment Lawyers.

Requirements: - Must have at least 3-7 Years PAE in Employment Law
- Must have experience from a reputable law firm
- Ability to mentor Paralegals and Graduates
- Ability to achieve billable targets of 4.5 hours per day
- Track record of taking on new clients from start to finish
- Ability to convert leads
- Team-player but can work self-sufficiently when needed
- Good attitude and drive to work hard
- Passion for the industry and excellent vast employment law knowledge
