About the Role
Join a renowned Employment and Workplace Safety practice in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity for a specialist senior employment lawyer to provide expert advice and representation to Commonwealth Government clients on a range of workplace, industrial relations, and work health & safety (WHS) matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advise Commonwealth Government agencies on employment law, industrial relations, and WHS matters
Manage litigation and workplace investigations, including Fair Work and WHS prosecutions
Provide strategic legal advice on complex workplace relations issues
Support and mentor junior lawyers in the team
Deliver high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
At least 5 + years PAE in employment and workplace law
Strong experience advising Commonwealth Government clients
Expertise in WHS, industrial relations, and employment disputes
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
