About the Role:
This is a newly created position for a Special Counsel - Employment Law. The successful candidate will have a transferable practice of $250K+. in order to be considered.

• Manage a broad employment law practice, primarily advising employers.
• Take a leadership role in growing and shaping the Employment team.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and high-profile clients.
• Maintain a balanced workload with an achievable billable target. 

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience in mid-tier or reputable firms.
• Consistent career trajectory with long-term roles.
• Proven ability to bring or build a $250K+ practice.
