Our client, a progressive and expanding mid-sized law firm, is seeking an ambitious Legal Counsel – Commercial Law & Litigation to play a key role in their continued growth. The Position:

• Take ownership of your practice, bringing an existing client base of $350K+.
• Mentor & manage junior lawyers, developing their skills and careers.
• Provide high-level advice on complex commercial transactions, disputes and litigation matters.
• Work with a broad existing client base across FMCG, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, Technology, Government, and Start-ups.
• Play a key role in business development and the firm’s strategic growth. 

About You:

• Minimum 8 years’ PAE in Commercial Law with strong advisory and transactional expertise.
• A transferrable practice or client base of $350K+.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers.
• A commercial mindset with the ambition to contribute to firm growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
