About the position:

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer with at least 1 year of post-admission experience (or 2 years pre-admission experience) to join our client’s Sydney office in a hybrid capacity. This position is ideal for a driven and empathetic legal professional looking to deepen their expertise across a variety of personal injury matters while enjoying genuine mentorship and career progression.

You will work alongside a high-performing and supportive legal team, managing a range of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, public liability, and potentially total and permanent disability (TPD) claims. You’ll be involved in both straightforward and complex litigation matters, offering real scope to develop your technical capabilities and client advocacy skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in personal injury law (or 2 years pre-admission)
• Exposure to or interest in TPD, workers compensation, motor vehicle accident, or public liability files
• Strong commitment to plaintiff-focused legal work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritise competing demands
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
