With a longstanding commitment to justice and client care, this firm is recognised for delivering expert legal representation across a wide spectrum of personal injury matters.

About the position:

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Personal Injury Lawyer ready to take the next step in their career. You will manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, public liability, workplace injuries, and TPD claims. Working alongside experienced litigators, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of injured individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a full caseload of PI matters from intake to settlement or trial
  • Conduct legal research, prepare court documents, and negotiate settlements
  • Represent clients in mediations and hearings
  • Provide compassionate and strategic legal advice to clients
  • Work closely with paralegals and admin support to ensure streamlined case management
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law (private practice)
  • Experience with plaintiff-side litigation highly desirable
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines
  • A genuine passion for social justice and client advocacy
