About the Role

This role sits within a high-performing Workers Compensation practice supporting major self-insured corporations and specialised insurers. You will:

• Manage complex statutory benefits and common law matters
• Run your own files with autonomy and Partner support
• Advise corporate clients on strategy and liability exposure
• Prepare high-quality written advice and negotiation strategies
• Gain exposure to a broad range of personal injury and insurance matters
• Contribute to a collaborative, well-resourced national practice


About You

• 2–6 years PQE in workers compensation, personal injury or insurance litigation
• Strong advocacy skills or a commitment to developing them
• Ability to manage files independently and provide strategic advice
• Strong written communication and commercial mindset
• Open to candidates from plaintiff or in-house backgrounds with transferable experience
