This is an opportunity for an Associate-level litigation lawyer to join a firm recognised nationally as a leader in its field. You'll work across building and construction disputes, strata and community title litigation, and broader commercial litigation matters — from Tribunal and Court proceedings through to complex, multi-party disputes.

You'll be exposed to matters that most generalist litigation practices simply don't see, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers who are genuinely regarded as experts in this space.

What You'll Bring

• Admission as a solicitor in NSW, with 2+ years' PAE in litigation or dispute resolution
• Experience in (or strong interest in) building/construction, property, or strata-related disputes
• Confident written and oral advocacy skills, with exposure to Court and/or Tribunal proceedings
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and genuine curiosity about niche areas of law
• Strong client communication skills — this firm prides itself on clear, plain-English advice
