About the role!

You will work across litigation and dispute resolution matters from early advice through to negotiation, ADR and court steps, with senior support available as needed.

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, briefs and court documents
• Assist with dispute strategy, evidence and hearing preparation
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other parties
• Attend conferences, mediations, directions hearings and court events as required
• Manage deadlines, files and procedural requirements
• Work across commercial and general civil dispute matters

What you'll bring!

• 2-5 years PAE in litigation, dispute resolution or a closely related area
• Strong drafting, research and file management skills
• Confidence dealing with clients and working to deadlines
• A practical, commercially aware approach to disputes
• Good attention to detail and clear communication
• Admission as an Australian legal practitioner
