About the position:

Our client is seeking a Junior Litigation Lawyer (3 PAE) to support a well-established Senior Lawyer with over 10 years of litigation experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to a mix of commercial and employment disputes, including contract claims, restraint of trade issues, workplace disputes, and general litigation matters.

You’ll be involved in:

• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and court documents
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
• Liaising with clients and assisting with court proceedings
• Supporting the preparation of matters for hearing or settlement
• Shadowing and being closely mentored by a Senior Litigator

This is a rare opportunity to build a solid foundation in litigation within a supportive and highly skilled team environment.

Key Requirements:

• 3 years PAE, preferably in different areas of litigation (private experienced is highly desirable for this position)
• Sound legal research and drafting abilities
• Ability to work somewhat autonomously
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
• Admission as a Lawyer in Queensland and holding (or eligible for) a current practising certificate

• Salary package of $80,000–$100,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)
