What you’ll be doing

You will handle a wide variety of commercial disputes with support from an experienced litigation team. The role is suited to someone who enjoys strategy, problem solving and direct client engagement in matters of real commercial significance.

• Work across breaches of contract, corporate disputes and regulatory issues
• Run matters involving shareholder conflicts and misleading conduct claims
• Act in insolvency matters including recoveries and enforcement
• Draft pleadings, briefs and correspondence with clarity and structure
• Appear at mediations, directions hearings and negotiations
• Collaborate with colleagues on multi party and cross practice matters

What you’ll bring

• At least five years experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Insolvency exposure or interest in deepening experience in this area
• Strong drafting, analytical and file management capability
• Confidence interacting with sophisticated commercial clients
