What you’ll be doing:
You will handle a balanced mix of estate planning and litigation, supported by an accredited specialist and a collaborative team. The role suits someone who values variety, autonomy and the ability to provide thoughtful guidance to clients throughout the estate lifecycle.
- Advise on wills and succession plans for blended and high asset families
- Prepare powers of attorney, testamentary trusts and related documents
- Run estate disputes including family provision and capacity challenges
- Appear at mediations and hearings with direct client contact
- Guide executors and beneficiaries through administration and disputes
- Contribute to precedents, workflows and practice improvement projects
What you’ll bring:
- At least five years Wills and Estates experience across planning and disputes
- Hands on experience with family provision or contested probate matters
- Confidence managing your own files and communicating directly with clients
- Collaborative mindset and interest in supporting a close knit team
