Work alongside experienced litigators in a collegiate boutique environment, advising on significant commercial disputes and insolvency matters at Associate level.

The role
This Associate position offers exposure to superior court litigation and direct engagement with clients and barristers.
- Drafting pleadings, submissions and enforcement docs
- Advising on corporate, contractual and insolvency disputes
- Appearing in court and mediations
- Collaborating with senior lawyers on strategy
Skills & experience - 2+ years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Commercially astute problem-solving ability
