About the role
This Western Sydney Licensed Conveyancer role suits someone who enjoys running matters end to end, staying close to clients, and working across a broad property workload.

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish
• Prepare, review and exchange contracts for sale
• Conduct property searches and review title documents
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Prepare settlement figures and attend to electronic settlements via PEXA
• Advise clients on contract terms, conditions and the conveyancing process
• Handle leases and business sale/purchase transactions as required
• Meet file management and compliance requirements

What you'll bring

• Current NSW Licensed Conveyancer licence
• Minimum 2 years of post-licence conveyancing experience
• Fee-earning conveyancing experience, ideally across active file loads
• Proficiency with PEXA and conveyancing software such as InfoTrack, LEAP or similar
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• High attention to detail
• Residential and commercial conveyancing experience advantageous
